We strive to deliver your jewelry and handbags safely and on time, no matter where you are. All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier services. International shipping times may vary slightly due to customs clearance.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on selected orders and promotions. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package until it reaches your doorstep.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local regulations.

Most of our jewelry ships from overseas partners. That keeps prices where they are, and it means delivery takes longer than a big-box store. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.
Processing: 2–10 business days before your order ships. Made-to-order pieces sit at the longer end, except our Wear Your Word pendant, which is made in the USA and usually ships within a few days.
Delivery after processing:
· Pieces made in the USA — 5–12 business days
· Pieces from our overseas partners — 10–25 business days, occasionally up to 30
Shipping cost: free U.S. shipping on orders over $40, and on most pieces regardless of order size. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. International tracking often sits on "in transit" for several days before it updates. That's normal, not a lost package.
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, because they may come from different partners.

Some things you don't explain. You just wear them.
This is a small circle of 316L surgical steel — the same grade the piercing industry uses — engraved with whatever word, symbol, or date belongs to you. It sits quiet at the collarbone. Nobody at the meeting has to know what it means.
That's the whole idea. Not hiding. Choosing who gets the translation.
The material, honestly: 316L stainless is nickel-safe, not nickel-free. It contains nickel but locks it in, releasing almost none onto your skin. That's the grade the piercing industry standardized on, for exactly that reason.
