Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks Policy

At My Eclectic Era, we work with both domestic and international suppliers to bring you unique items. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing (please reach us within 24 hours of ordering).
  • Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
  • Processing times typically range from 2-10 business days, and may be longer for items fulfilled by overseas partners.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - in which case we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear after it's approved. We'll email you when it's on the way.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the piece you'd like. If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, just let us know when you reach out.

Made for You & Custom Items

Made for You and other custom or personalized items are made to order specifically for you and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Because these items are personalized, please double-check all details (spelling, names, dates, and sizing) before ordering - and review the digital proof we send before production. We cannot accept returns or refunds for mistakes in customer-provided information.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

If an order is confirmed lost in transit after 30 business days, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for shipping delays when delivery is still within the stated timeframes.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback - we'll always work to resolve issues directly. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may result in order cancellation and account review.
