Ordering & Customization

How do I order a Made for You / personalized piece?

Add the item to your cart and enter your personalization details at checkout — names, initials, or text, in the order you'd like them, separated by commas. For engraved pieces we send a digital proof before we begin, so you can confirm everything looks perfect.

How many names or characters can I personalize?

Most personalized pieces hold 1–9 names, initials, or short words. If you have a longer request, just email us at Hello@MyEclecticEra.com before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — if you reach us within 24 hours of ordering and the piece hasn't entered processing yet. Once a custom piece goes into production, or a standard order begins processing, we're unable to change or cancel it.

I made a typo in my personalization. Can it be fixed?

This is exactly why we send a digital proof before production — please review it carefully. Once you approve the proof (or once production begins), we can't remake a custom piece for an error in the details provided, since it was made just for you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order ships?

Standard pieces are processed in 2–10 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 5–7 business days — you'll find the exact timeframe on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

After processing: U.S.-fulfilled items typically arrive in 5–12 business days, and items from our overseas partners in 10–25 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $8 on orders under $40, and free on orders of $40 or more. Express is available for $15.

Why might my items arrive separately?

We curate from a few trusted suppliers, so a multi-item order may ship in more than one package. Not to worry — each will have its own tracking.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is something wrong?

Tracking can sit at “pending” or “in transit” for a few days, especially on international shipments — this is normal. If it hasn't moved in a while, email us and we'll look into it.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please reach out right away. If an order is confirmed lost in transit after 30 business days, we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Are custom pieces returnable?

Made for You and personalized items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged — except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. Because they're made just for you, please double-check every detail before ordering.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it.

How are refunds issued?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Can I exchange instead of return?

Of course. The fastest way is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the piece you want. Prefer store credit? Just let us know.

Materials & Care

Is your jewelry water-resistant?

Our stainless steel and titanium steel pieces are water-resistant and made for everyday wear. To keep them their brightest for as long as possible, we still recommend removing them before showering or swimming.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Our stainless and titanium steel pieces are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin.

Will it tarnish?

Our steel pieces are tarnish-resistant with proper care. Gold-plated finishes are beautiful but, like all plated jewelry, last longest when kept away from moisture, perfume, and lotion. See our Care Guide for the simple routine.
