Processing Time
- Order processing time is 2–10 business days before shipment.
- Processing times may be longer for items fulfilled by our overseas suppliers.
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are not considered delayed if they are still within the stated processing window.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier location, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. suppliers: 5–12 business days after processing
- International suppliers (including China): 10–25 business days after processing
- In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, port congestion, or global supply chain disruptions are outside our control.
International & Overseas Fulfillment
Some products ship from overseas fulfillment centers. By placing an order, you understand and agree that:
- Your order may ship internationally
- Tracking updates may be delayed while in transit
- Customs inspections may extend delivery time
- Multiple items in one order may arrive in separate packages
Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.
- Tracking may show “in transit” or “pending” for several days before updating—this is normal for international shipments.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses.
- Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to reship.
Delays & No‑Fault Circumstances
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Labor strikes
- Supplier or port disruptions
- Global logistics issues
These delays do not qualify for refunds if the order is still in transit and within the stated delivery window.
