Most of our jewelry ships from overseas partners. That keeps prices where they are, and it means delivery takes longer than a big-box store. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.
Processing: 2–10 business days before your order ships. Made-to-order pieces sit at the longer end, except our Wear Your Word pendant, which is made in the USA and usually ships within a few days.
Delivery after processing:
· Pieces made in the USA — 5–12 business days
· Pieces from our overseas partners — 10–25 business days, occasionally up to 30
Shipping cost: free U.S. shipping on orders over $40, and on most pieces regardless of order size. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. International tracking often sits on "in transit" for several days before it updates. That's normal, not a lost package.
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, because they may come from different partners.
